I took 2 pregnancy tests on Thursday, both came out positive. But when I went to the doctor on Friday (The next day), he told me the results from the urine test there was negative. However, I took one Saturday night (My sleep schedule is backwards...I sleep during the day) with a digital pregnancy test so there wouldn't be any mistaking the readout, and it said, plain as day: "pregnant." I'm not late yet, I'm supposed to start tomorrow (Monday). So could the negative reading at the doctor's office be due to the fact that the urine used for the testing at the doctor's office didn't have enough time for the hormone to build up? Since I had been awake for several hours? I have a follow up appointment Tuesday, should I request a blood pregnancy test?
