In order to take a free online pregnancy test, there are questions that you will need to answer relating to the early signs of pregnancy. Do remember that it takes at least a week for the fertilized egg to implant itself in the uterus which is when your body recognizes it is pregnant. Things to look for are:

1) Are you urinating more frequently? This can be a sign of pregnancy.

6) Are your nipples and breasts more tender? With the new hormones a pregnancy brings these parts of the body can become more sensitive and tender, but it will go away as the body adjusts to the different levels of hormones.

7) Are you more tired than usual? This is a hard one to distinguish from just being overworked, or stressed, but a lack of energy is a sign of pregnancy too. It is due to the hormonal changes taking place and again as the body adjusts usually goes away.

Are the areolas darker? Another pregnancy indicator can be the darkening of the area around the nipples which can happen just one week after you have conceived. The bumps there may also be more obvious.
